The frontispiece has a b&w illustration by permission of Dr. M. T. Titus entitled, "Hadrat Bu 'Ali Shah Qalandar". In addition, opposite page 130 is an illustration in b&w with the caption: "Dargah Hadrat 'Aliu'l-Hujwiri (d. 1063 A.D.) Known as Data Ganj Bakhsh, Lahore.".
