Very good/fair. This book introduces Islamic Mysticism and its saints to the Western reader, introduces Sufism and the "Sufi attitude towards Hinduism", and discusses the origins of the Religious Orders. The frontispiece has a b&w illustration by permission of Dr. M. T. Titus entitled, "Hadrat Bu 'Ali Shah Qalandar". In addition, opposite page 130 is an illustration in b&w with the caption: "Dargah Hadrat 'Aliu'l-Hujwiri (d. 1063 A.D.) Known as Data Ganj Bakhsh, Lahore.".
