Small spot of soiling to top front corner, some horizontal light creasing along spine. Very good or better. Presentation copy from the library of New York School poet, librettist, and publisher Kenward Elmslie (1929-2022), as inscribed to him by Warsh on front flyleaf: "To Kenward Best, Lewis Warsh 1967." Warsh's first book, a long poem written in 1963 when he was studying with Kenneth Koch at the New School (The Angel Hair Anthology, p. 606).
