Williamsburg, Virginia: Printing Office of Colonial Williamsburg, 1972. 23 pages. A facsimile reprint hand set in Caslon type and printed by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation; marbled paper cover. It was the fourth in a series of reprints published by the Colonial Williamsburg Printing Office. John Adams asserted that this political pamphlet so impressed delegates to the 1776 Continental Congress that they chose Jefferson to write the Declaration of Independence. This printing reproduces the 1774 edition published by Clementina Rind in Williamsburg. The book is in as-new condition.. Reprint. Paperback. Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
