London: Gerald Duckworth & Co Ltd, 1952 Book. Good. Red Cloth Boards. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Account of the author's travels in Denmark, England and the USA, contrasting the different landscapes and architecture. Illustrated throughout with the author's own black and white photographs. Gilt lettering to spine, top edges tinted. Minor bumping to spine and corners, some foxing to fore edges and back endpapers. Former owner's name neatly inscribed to front endpaper, otherwise good copy. Unclipped DJ has some wear to edges, with 1/4" loss to top of spine and a small tear to the spine, otherwise good. Also enclosed, an original Duckworth & Co bookmark in fine condition..
