There is a former owner's name on the front free end paper, but no other marks or use. The navy cloth covers are fresh, wiith minor wear at tips and corners. The gilt spine lettering is still bright. The dust jacket is not clipped, and is also in excellent condition, with minor wear. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: "Helpful facts and figures concerning the motions of the sun and the moon against the stars and in relation to the horizon. Clear earth-centred diagrams explain eclipses, full moons, sidereal months, calendars and the dragon's tail. Includes the example of megalithic eclipse prediction at Stonehenge.
