ALSO INSCRIBED BY DAVE GREENBERG SEPARATELY AND, FURTHER, SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR L.H. ("HANK") WHITTEMORE. All on the signatures on front free endpaper. A very solid copy to boot of the 1973 1st edition. Tight and VG+ (very light spotting to the panels) in a crisp, price-intact, VG+ dustjacket, with several small chips and very light creasing along the panel edges and the spine ends. Octavo, 359 pgs. Made into a 1974 MGM film, directed by Gordon Parks.
