[8], 142, 191 - 288, [12]pp [48] leaves of plates. Signatures A4, D - P4, T - 2N4, 3A - 3C2. Twenty four double plates with letter press explanation on inner verso and numbered engravings on inner recto. Translation of Encheiridium anatomicum et pathalogicum, first published in Paris 1648. ESTC Citation no R15596. Contemporary sheep binding with five raised bands to spine. Some edge and corner wear with a little loss at the head of the spine. Joints lightly cracked. Some old damp staining to lower margins. Minor worm tracks to lower margins of E1 - L3. Front end paper torn across lower corner with some loss. Armorial bookplate of Hugh Cecil, earl of Lonsdale to front pastedown. Collation is correct and complete but the following page misnumbering is evident:- Page 33 as 40, 40 as 43, 119 as 116, 122 as 127, 123 as 112, 126 as 120, 127 as 122, 209 as 219.
