A fictional reconstruction of Henry Vaughan's (the Welsh Royalist soldier, country physician and the mystical religious poet) life and times.Warm brown cloth on boards cover has slight bumps to bottom corners and top and bottom of spine and a couple of very faint scratches. This book has been retired from a public library but the library stamp on the front free endpaper, the date due stamps (3 in total, all dated 1950), date due paper has been removed., and the pocket are all very neat. No spine label. There is a number written under the quote on page 5. Text is very clean and neat. No noticed corner folds or marks. A nice copy.. Hard Cover. Good. 8 x 5 3/4.
