Returns If you receive an item different than what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact Silver Books to report the defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we suggest that you return any item valued at over $10 with a tracking number such as that offered by UPS and USPS. If the order is valued at $50 or more, we suggest that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise. Refunds Silver Books can create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs. When you purchase an item via Biblio.com, Biblio.com charges your credit card and passes on payment--less a commission--to us. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price and shipping costs, we will coordinate with you and Biblio.com to arrange a refund for your purchase upon the return of the item(s) in the order. We may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), Silver Books may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.
