Boston: Samuel Walker, 1834. Very good. With additions and corrections by James G. Percival. 4to, in three volumes, collated, complete with 3 frontis pieces, 3 engraved titles, 3 printed titles, 28 maps, 4 mathematical plates, 36 views including frontis pieces of volumes 2 and 3. Volume I: xx; (4-6) + viii; 10-640pp.; Volume II: xx + 680pp.; and Volume III: xv + 681-1394pp. including extensive statistical table and index; plus one page at back with directions for binder. Full original calf covers, with gilt titles on spine, decorative gilt borders at top and bottom, gilt rules and raised bands. All volumes are rubbed at edges, corners moderately bumped, and somewhat dusty. Internally, very good, with only light and scattered fox spotting.
