[xii], 327 pages of text, followed by 17 engraved tables including one fold-out table. Rebound with a full leather spine with a maroon leather spine label, and linen covered boards (hardcover). The title page has minor browning to the edges, and there is minor soiling scattered lightly throughout the text. Some of the tables are trimmed at the edge. The text is quite clean and unmarked, professionally rebound. First edition..
