Black wrappers with black punch strips to spine. Some soiling. Text is a copy of the original. Very light toning to edges. Fine Condition. Includes three typed letters signed and one mailing envelope. Letters have light wear and were inserted into book. The Doubleday letter is larger than book hence the right edge is chipped. Sol Lesser (1890-1980) was an American film producer from the silent era through the late 1950's; best known for producing 13 Tarzan movies. Lesser also produced Our Town, Stage Door Canteen and Kon-Tiki which won an Academy award for best documentary film for 1951. All told he worked on 83 movies.
