FIRST EDITION. Flyleaf detached and laid in. Pencil coloring inside cover and front end page. Name on flyleaf in pen and also in crayon on opposite side of page with a little drawing. About 1/2" hole in title page. Several pages have closed tears and one has a small piece missing. One page has a 1" notch type piece missing at foredge. No dust jacket. 7" X 5" 95 page green HC is very worn at corners and edges of spine. Wear to edges. Pictures are colored throughout, mostly within the lines. Author's name is partially worn off cover. Title on cover is partially colored. Some soiling to pages. Inside back cover and opposite page scribbled in. Charming Animal Stories books listed at end of book on one page and Little People of the Land Series books by Mary Muller listed on the opposite side of the page. Ships First Class with delivery confirmation where available.
