The Crime Club, 1959. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good. Without dust jacket. Red cloth with black titles to spine. Cloth to rear edge of spine has split for approx 2" (5cm) upwards from the base though board is fully intact and binding is not affected. Residual label mark to front board. Neat inscription to front paste down and endpapers slightly tanned. Very occasional marks to text and edges of text block soiled. Overall a good 1st edition. An Inspector Crankshaw case
