Harper & Brothers Publishers, 1925. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good DJ. First edition stated (K-Z code), very good dark green cloth hardcover with gilt letter shows mild shelf wear and soil to covers including hint of bumping to couple of corners, small areas of what look like plate residue with small bit of rub tearing at fore edges of both endpapers, along with some other mild wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) clipped at all four corners of inner flaps, that shows mild rubbing at spine and fore edges, just a hint of exposure toning along spine with some dulling to lettering at same, soiling, and edgewear that includes tiny closed tears. 216 pages "with 100 illustrations from photographs taken by the author and others drawings by Lillian Wilhelm Smith. Still a pleasing copy in original jacket of this work that documents the quest for record fish in mostly unknown waters.
