[1925] Red cloth with gilt lettering to the spine and front board. 126 pages. illustrated with a colour frontipiece, five furthe colour plates, and 17 full page plates done in line. All byHarold Gaze. 7.5 X 10 inches. The book is very good, although a bit faded on the spine with a couple of discoloured and bleached looking patches. Inside there is spotting to the early pages and on the page edges. A brief gift inscription to the front free endpaper, and Brighton booksellers stamp to rear pastedon corner. All complete and in good order. Gilt lettering on the spine is dulled, that on the front is bright. All plates present as called for, one plate misplaced according to contents list. All hinges sound and solid with no splits to endpapers. No dustwrapper.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Harrold Gaze.
