Collection of lectures originally delivered by the esteemed psychologist to teachers at Harvard, then to students at various women's colleges. Orig. published in 1899, this is a 1902 printing of that First Edition from Henry Holt, in 301 deckle-edged pages + lists of other books by author in rear. With dark green cloth-covered boards stamped with gilt lettering to front & spine, this hardcover 8vo is in VG condition: very clean, binding secure, but a tad shaken. Pages lightly tanned, with some very faint pencil marks to margins on some. Mild-moderate rubbing to extremities & in a few random spots to both boards. No DJ.
