Earlier state dust jacket with 30 ERB titles on verso. Publisher's red cloth with black lettering. Dark green topstian. Jacket chipped at head of spine (just touching text), with rubbing at tail and along joints, a few shallow tears and small chips at folds, and some general scuffs and smudges to surface. Boards are square with a small bump to front board at bottom edge, another to bottom back corner, and nudging to spine ends. Prior owner's name on front free endpaper, else pages unmarked. Binding is sound.

Synopsis
Tanar of Pellucidar is a novel written by Edgar Rice Burroughs, the third in his series set in the interior world of Pellucidar. It first appeared as a six-part serial in The Blue Book Magazine from March-August 1929. It was first published in book form in hardcover by Metropolitan Books in May, 1930.
