Boston: Museum of Fine Arts, 1967. First edition. Cloth. Fine. Two clothbound volumes in hard slipcase. Volume I contains the text by Cavallo. 249 pp. A fine copy in pale blue cloth covers. Book measures 7" x 10 1/2" tall. Volume II contains the plates, 66 in total. Black and white full-page images followed by two pages of smaller color images. This volume measures 10 1/2" square. Both in fine condition in a lightly worn hard slipcase with printed label. A large and heavy item. Beautifully bound and printed work.
