Signed. First Edition. Near Fine / very good+. Biography of the man who was described as the boy who John D. Rockefeller picked to fill his shoes. Standard Oil of New Jersey. Book has vey slight shelf wear and is nearly unread (pages won't stay open). Jacket has an eighth inch tear at the top back and another at the tail of the spine. Also, sun fading on the spine. Jacket is protected in mylar. Bennett Wall has dated, inscribed and signed (first name) on the title page.
