Eveleigh Nash, 1906. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1906. No Edition Remarks. 402 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt decoration. Contains black and white photographic frontispiece, with other plates throughout. Pages and plates and lightly tanned, but text and images remain clear. Heavy foxing to edges and first and last few pages. Binding is slightly shaky, due to cracked front hinge, but all pages remain attached. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Deckled edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Spine ends are noticeably crushed and split, with heavy splitting overall; cloth is peeling away from pages. Gilt remains bright. Moderate rubbing and scuffing to rear board.
