Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. xiv, with sections of black and white plate illustrations, maps etc. Quarter bound in blue cloth over paper-covered boards, metallic blue titles to spine. 8vo. Boards are square and clean but gently rounded at spine ends with an indentation on fore edge. Previous owner's name on front free endpaper. Slight gutter strain ahead of title page, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original illustrated dust jacket, lightly bumped at edges, with small nick no rear fore-edge.
