Subtitled "An address delivered at a joint meeting of the Kansas State Historical Society and the Nebraska State Historical Society, Falls City, Nebraska, May 9, 1954, held in commemoration of the centennial of the organization of the territories of Kansas and Nebraska." Likely printed in a small quantity. Uncommon.
