Soft cover. Very Good. No publication information given. Stapled pamphlet, 68 pp, with 10 tables and charts. Inscribed on the cover "Dear Mr. Bledsoe / Worth Reading / + to pass on/ JM Davis / 5/19/38." Very faint date stamp (May 21 1938) also on front cover. Otherwise only minor wear; no internal markings. Baruch was an advisor to Franklin Delano Roosevelt during the New Deal era and played a role in the formation of the National Recovery Administration.
