Random House first edition thus number line sequence begins at "2." The book itself is in great shape and appears to be unread with no writing, marks, underlining, or bookplates. No remainder marks. Spine is tight and crisp. Boards are flat and true, and the corners are square. Dust jacket is not price-clipped but does show some shelf wear and browning to the edges. There are no tears save for one 1/4" tear on the upper right side of the back of the jacket. This collectible, near fine, first edition/first printing copy is protected with an archival mylar dust jacket cover. Satisfaction guaranteed!
