New York: D. Appleton & Company. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1912. Fourth Edition. Hardcover. Maroon cloth bindings are tight with clean, unmarked text. Volume I has 831pp and Vol. II has 800 which include four Appendices and Index. Gilt lettering to spine is bright and readable. Vol. I has stain at bottom of cover near spine that has bled to bottom edge through page 7 but only shows on edge, not to pages. Front cover of Vol. II has very slight stains overall. All edges are lightly soiled from use with paper tanning throughout. Extra postage required. Digital photos available. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
