Good condition with light rubbing to corners and spine ends, good hinges, some light colored soil to rear cover, firm text block, clean pages with some light waviness to the top edges of a few pages at beginning and end, name and location written neatly inside front cover, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
