Black jacket with red, white, and black titles. First printing of this early non-fiction work on semiotics by Eco. Very good book with light foxing to the endpapers, light soiling, a couple of faint water stains to the edges, and slight splaying to the boards. . The jacket has has a little professional restoration, and it presents as fine with light foxing to the rear flap. A very nice looking copy of this uncommon book by the philosopher and novelist.
