[Texas, 1901. Near fine.. Broadside, 7.25 x 8.5 inches. Text printed in two columns. Minor wear. Broadside advertising lands for sale in Pecos County, Texas. Four sections are offered, ranging from 5,200 acres to 18,560 acres, at a rate of 75 cents an acre. "The day is at hand when the cattleman must own his lands. ... These are all good grazing lands. Good water, in abundant supply, at shallow depth can be found on any of them. ... Lands are in good shape for fencing. ... If you let these opportunities pass, when ranges have all gone to high prices and are hard to control, never say you did not have an opportunity." Rare and ephemeral.
