Transcript of four statements in favor of and opposed to the full pardon of Tom Mooney, who was found guilty for the Preparedness Day Bombing in 1916, though never granted a retrial when it came to light that the witnesses had perjured themselves. Speakers included Mooney's counselors Frank P. Walsh and George T. Davis; Secretary of the Mooney Defense Committee Gardner Jackson; and representative of that same Committee John W. Jenkins.
