New York: Williams & Whiting, 1809. 1st American Edition . Hardcover. Good. 4 1/2 x 7. 468 pages, all showing age toning and some foxing. Missing any first free pages. No ownership but the title page has a 1/2 inch strip cut off the top to erase any previous ownerships. Full leather, bumped and rubbed; the spine has 6 section spine with the second a black leather title and the others having a gilt animal with a cross on its back. The front board is slightly concave and the top of the spine is missing some leather. GOOD+.
