New York: Thornwillow Press, 1992. Large black envelope, with brass clasp, containing a black folder with gilt and black label. Inside are two items: a black catalogue with gilt titles (190 x 145 mm) 14 pages. With two colour photo-illustrations: frontispiece, and a photo of a number of Thornwillow Press books on display. Sewn. Lists seven publications from 1985 to 1992; authors include: Barbara England, William L. Shirer, Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr., Walter Cronkite, Helmut Kohl, Hugh Sidey, Neal Zaslaw. Alongside this is a red, untitled "Press Pack" (290 x 225cm) containing: (1) a folded leaflet for Arthur Rimbaud "Le Bateau Ivre" with illustration by Thierry W. Despont; (2)two black and white silver gelatin photographs (175 x 125cm) of Luke Pontifell; (3) a printed sheet giving 9 short, critical notices of the Press, from various sources (1988-91); and (4) 10 photocopied articles regarding Luke Pontifell and the Thornwillow Press. (those mentioned in the printed sheet). An interesting snapshot of a modern American Fine Press. All of the items are in fine condition. The outer envelope only has a little edge wear. 300 x 240 mm (11¾ x 9½ inches).
