Garden City: Doubleday & Company, 1973. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Early reprint. Small crease on front endpapers, slightly sunned spine, near fine in a modestly edgeworn, very good dust jacket with short tears on the rear panel, and a lightly toned spine. Inscribed by the author on the front fly: "This one is for my own personal Arnold and his mustache and his kindness and his warmth and his charm and even his poetry = with love = Gar." Arnold, most likely being L. Arnold Weissberger the entertainment lawyer who was known for hosting parties for A-list celebrities with his life partner and talent agent, Milton Goldman.
