New York: Julien Levy Gallery, 1943. First edition. Loose Sheets. Very Good. Single sheet, folded twice to form a 8 panel pamphlet. An announcement for this exhibition at Julien Levy Gallery in New York in 1943 featuring Cornell, Duchamp and Tanguy. Illustrated by all three artists. Duchamp's illustration is an unsolvable chess board with pieces.. Faint wear at folds and general light wear. Light staining on the inner panels. Measures 4 1/2 x 5 3/4 when folded. Rare surrealism ephemera. With only one copy located in O.C.L.C. Rare, beautiful and intriguing.
