U.S. orders ship with signature confirmation. 1969 Greenwood Press stated 1st thus 2 volume set in brown boards with gilt lettering on spine and no dj as published. Small label stain on front pastedown and offset stain near spine on eps in both volumes, light soil on edge of both, folds on about 5 pages of Vol. 1, else text clean, binding tight. Oversize two volume set substantial extra shipping charges will apply for international and priority orders as this will not fit into a flat rate envelope.
