Garden City: Doubleday Doran, 1934. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair. Tall octavo, 315pp., illustrated. by J. Anthony Kelly. A fair smoker's copy, ex-library with the usual markings. Cloth faded along the spine, and heavily worn near and at the crown. SIGNED and INSCRIBED by the author to no one in particular on the half-title page. Lacking the dust jacket. In regrettable condition, but the only signed copy we found.
