Winston-Salem, NC: Clay Printing Company, 1942. First Edition . Cloth. Good/Good. A Good copy (owner's name) in tan cloth, in a Good dust jacket with shallow edge-wear. The jacket flaps had been glued down (at three spots per flap), and have been lifted with minor wear to allow for a new protective mylar sleeve.
