Acknowledgements, note on sources, select bibliography and index. Between pages 112 113 there are 16 pages of black-and-white photography. 1/4 black coloured back strip with gilt coloured titles. 3/4 grey coloured boards. Photographic dustwrapper with yellow, grey and white coloured titles to the front panel and yellow and white coloured titles to the back strip. Title says it all. A little rubbing of the book edges and soft the back strip edges. Minor age toning of the text block edges and pages. Minor creasing of the top dustwrapper edge with rubbing of the panels. Creasing to the top right hand corner of the front fold over panel; and, creasing of the lower corner of the rear fold over panel. Full number line. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
