The text has some browning to the edges of some of the pages, but is nicely preserved, with no marks or tears. This is the third edition of this classic work on nobility, heraldry, and genealogical peerage. A massive publication, especially for the time, with great research and historical information. Selden was an accomplished scholar of many fields, including ancient laws and constitutions and Jewish law. ; 756 pages .
