London:: Eyre & Spottiswoode, 1946. First edition in 2nd impression dust wrapper. Wrapper is clean but somewhat darkened. A little chipping to the spine. Owner's name stamp to the front end paper. Book itself is clean, but on wartime economy paper. 438 pages. 220 x 140 mm (8¾ x 5½ inches).
