Four major nonfictional works collected in one volume: the actor Christopher Reeve memoirs of his life and his riding accident that left him a quadraplegic, Bryson's account of exploring America's Appalachian Trail and its wildlife, Serrano's study of Timothy McVeigh and his bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City, and Maier's biography of the well-known child care and parenting guru Dr. Spock. Hardcover with dust jacket, 573pp., d.j. shows edgewear along the bottom with several closed tears and one one-inch edgechip. A fairly nice copy overall, the jacket neatly encased in an acid-free Brodart plastic protector. Rare. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
