Boston: Ticknor & Fields, 1868. Hardcover. Fair. 405 pages. 5 x 7 1/2 in. Illustration on frontis with tissue. Green cloth binding, gilt lettering on spine, top edge of text block tinted grey. Condition of the book is FAIR: wear to covers and spine, spine darkened, fabric on rear of cover is starting to lift from board, soiling on covers, light yellowing to edges of text block, front hinge cracked, binding fine but loose. NOTE: this volume has the second ffep & title page torn out with half of each missing.
