Custom clamshell case, quarter morocco, with cloth exterior elsewhere, marbled paper pastedown interior, and substantial walls creating well for the booklet.. Good. 12mo. 16 by 10 cm. 34, [2], 4 pp. Five steel engraved plates of Cruikshank illustrations, and three vignettes, one being on wrap cover. With two tipped in sheets, slightly smaller in size, of publisher's additional advertisements, and printing on both sides of these sheets. First issue -- with misnumbered pages 28/29, showing as 21/22.
