A comprehensive room by room planning guide for designing a modern house using pictorial examples from the work of the period's leading modern architects. One of George Nelson's earliest books written as a consultant to the prestigious Architectural Forum Magazine and co-authored by Henry Wright, then managing editor. Some chipping to price-clipped DJ edges and top of book spine. Owner's bookplate on ffep, darkening to rear endpaper and pastedown, and light foxing to edges.
