First Edition, A Record of The Toolhouse Club Together with an Account of The Great Excursion, circa 1910 assumed First Edition, 238 pages with many black and white illustrations. Original U.K. story of boys building a canoe and the efforts by the club. Book is near Fine minus, clean green cloth with bright gilt titles to spine and front board, very pronounced embossed illustrations on front board and spine, illustraion of the canoe under cover on front panel and crossed paddles on sppine, tight and square with sharp points, previous owner gift inscription on front pastedown, a few areas of very light edge wear, text is near Fine, a very solid First Edition and in collectable condition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
