Opera excerpts dominate; Jan Peerce was the soloist for the final piece "Hymn of the Nations." The program features a brief bio of Toscanini with 3 pages of photos; information on The Red Cross; background notes on each piece in the program - each with a full-page facing illustration, and 30 pages of advertising. It is bound in lovely pictorial wrapper with pastel artwork of hands conducting on front. The wrapper has a few spottings to both front and rear panel, edges lightly rubbed, but is overall clean and attractive. Pages near fine - light rubbing to thumb edges but otherwise clean and complete. Binding firm, no splits or cracks. 9-1/8 x 12-1/4"; 56 pages. Wrapper. Very Good. 4to.
