Antique Hardcover Book with Rare Dust Jacket

The rare jacket is in good minus condition with a few edge tears and tanning. The jacket is now protected with a removable Mylar cover. The hardcover book is in good minus condition free from rips, tears, bends & writing. The pages are mildly toned and the previous owner's name sticker is on the front and back end page. There is cracking along the gutter on back end page and a bookplate on the first free end page. The boards are in fair to good minus condition with minor edge wear, spots on the spine and back and a tiny tear on the top spine edge. The binding is tight and square.
