Full calf, title in gilt on spine over red morocco label. Previous ownership inscription on front endpaper and title page, title page with top edge removed. Occasional light foxing and transference, solid text block. Includes the large fold-out map of Africa, solid hinges, free of notable foxing. Map laid-in. (Evans 38189).
