Aberdeen, SD: North Plains Press. Very Good+ in Good dust jacket. 1970. First Edition. Hardcover. SIGNED by the author on the front free end paper. The author traces the discovery and development of the famous Homestake Mine in South Dakota. Original black cloth publisher's covers with gilt spine and cover lettering. There is a three line previous owner name and address at the top edge of the front free end paper (above the author's signature), else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. The dust jacket has rubbing and edgewear, else it is in presentable condition. The dust jacket is now in a protective, removable, acetate cover. ; B&W Illustrations, Map ; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 478 pages; Signed by Author .
