This edition on hand-made paper, is limited to 215 numbered copies of which this copy is number 8. Lavishly illustrated with 24 tipped-in colour plates reproducing the most decorative examples of early English illuminated manuscripts. A most desireable and well regarded study. An elegant presentation. Usual slight vellum bowing to front cover. Covers mildly soiled, spine slightly darkened. A lovely copy of this elusive limited issue.Featured Art.
